The location was fantastic, right near the city center and there was a tram stop right outside.

Restaurant - open till 10pm, we were not hurried.

everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. had huge and modern room, it included central heating, a work desk, and tv. the beds were extremely comfy as were the pillows.

A well furnished hotel with friendly english speaking staff and good prices. Although I had only booked and economy room, I was given a conference suite room which was very comfortable. This is clearly a hotel designed for small conferences and in the UK it would get at at least a 4 star rating.

The description of the hotel as being "2 minutes from Downtown Katowice" is wrong - it should say "2 miles" ! However this is not a problem as there is good tram service passing the door at least every 10 minutes. The area in which this hotel is situated is a bit run down although I never felt unsafe. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room would have been useful.

Good location, parking, careful staff. Very nice restaurant with amazing cuisine.

It was inconvenient cabinet with TV in a room and poor tv-signal. But the greatest disadvantage happened with breakfast. We came to a buffet at 9-00 and there was already nothing to eat. We were upset.

This venue is conveniently located just 0.5 km away from the airport.

The staff at Zaleze are really helpful. the rooms are spacious and have a double bed. the location is absolutely perfect. the breakfast is sensational for the value.

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was friendly and spoke sufficient English. Wireless Internet connection was fast.

Service was slow in the restaurant hosted in the building, although staff was nice. We got two single beds in opposite ends of the room, despite having ordered a double room. Toilet was not very clean.

Well priced hotel in a great location close to restaurants. Satisfactory breakfast for the value, stylish room. Location near to center of Katowice as well as public transport. Situated only 1 km from a shopping mall.

The location is fantastic with excellent access to public transport, the area is interesting, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable double beds, making for a great stay.

Convenient for public transport. Helpful staff solved my computer problem.
